One should bear in mind the following:

  • All shipping will be rejected if it is not complete with the proper repair form.
  • All shipping will be rejected if is not prepaid shipment.
  • The customer will assume all liability for damage caused by inadequate packaging used for shipment to Technical Service from BEN-RI ELECTRONICA S.A.
  • In case of receipt damaged products due to improper packaging BEN-RI ELECTRONICA S.A. will be entitled to return to sender postage due.
  • The cost of repairing or replacing a damaged product during shipping due to improper packaging will be paid by the customer, even if the product is under warranty.
  • The products or accessories (power supplies, batteries, external cables, flight-case …..) not expressly stated in the repair form will not be replaced by new ones.
  • BEN-RI ELECTRONICA S.A. executed by their own means and its own technical staff.
  • There is no commitment to give a deadline for the repair of the product.

Products under warranty

  • For warranty conditions apply, check our website.
  • The customer should keep packaging, documentation and other devices purchased with the product, as may be required by the Technical Service of BEN-RI ELECTRONICA S.A. in order to validate the effectiveness of the warranty.
  • Upon receipt of the product, Technical Service will carry out the analysis or testing operations necessary to verify the actual product malfunction. According to the results, provided that the defect is covered by the warranty in effect, it will be repaired free of charge as soon as possible.
  • After finishing the service, the product will be returned to the address indicated by the customer on receiver account.
  • If after analysis the Technical Service determines that the product or failure are not covered by warranty will be communicated to the client along with the cost budget for acceptance.

Products out of warranty

  • After receiving the item, Technical Services perform a repair budget being informed by e-mail, phone or fax.
  • If the client does not accept the quote, we will send the material without being repaired on receiver account, COD and a fixed amount of € 80 + VAT, based on the cost of labor, diagnosis and budgeting.
  • If the customer accepts, the budget must be signed and sent via e-mail to the address: administracion@ben-ri.com or fax number  +34 91 472 05 45, within 7 working days from the date of communication.
  • Payment for the services will be performed well by early transfer to the account specified in the budget, sending via e-mail to the address: administracion@ben-ri.com or fax number  +34 91 472 05 45 attaching the receipt of transfer against,  cash on delivery, or cash payment in our office (not supported card payments).
  • BEN-RI ELECTRONICA SA shall be entitled to retain the goods until full payment of the budget. If within one month of the notice of completion of the repair by the Technical Service, BEN-RI ELECTRONICA S.A. will be sent a certified letter telling you that you have 30 days to remove your computer. After this period, we will understand that the customer desist and resign to the product.
  • All claims by the customer, in relation to the service department must be notified no later than 7 calendar days from the day following receipt of the product via e-mail at administracion@ben-ri.com or fax to +34 91 472 05 45.
