BEN-RI ELECTRÓNICA S.A. warrants that, during the Warranty Period, the Product will, with normal use and service, be free from faulty parts, manufacture or workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.
- For the correct warranty use, repair or replacement must necessarily be made by the Technical Service (S.A.T) BEN-RI ELECTRÓNICA S.A. or an authorized reseller.
- This warranty only applies where a defect has arisen, wholly or substantially, as a result of faulty manufacture, parts or workmanship during the Warranty Period.
- The customer must provide the original proof of purchase which demonstrates compliance with the above conditions to receive any services under this warranty.
- The warranty does not apply where damage is caused by other factors, including without limitation. This warranty does not cover:
- Malfunctions caused as a result of misuse or neglect or outside the specified environmental conditions, use in unsuitable environments (dust, exposed to direct sunlight, vibration, temperature extremes, moisture out of bounds), tension suitable, improper installation or wear and tear of the product.
- Damage caused by disaster such as fire, flood, wind, earthquake or storms.

- Damages by accident, misuse or improper applications.
- Deterioration due to normal use, including power supplies and batteries.
- Any malfunction or damage if the serial number label or product bar codes or any component thereof has been modified, deleted or extracted.
- The warranty will not cover repairs for damage caused by wear on parts.
- In any case, the warranty will not cover the shipping costs.
- The warranty will automatically terminate if made repairs and / or modifications by unauthorized technicians and by the use of unauthorized parts by BEN-RI ELECTRÓNICA S.A. the warranty will automatically terminate the stickers are not respected and / or appropriate safety seals.
