Functionalities

2 Editors in parallel, Stage and Blind, permit us to create scenes quickly, and to store Cues, Groups, Effects, etc. The Stage Editor has total control of the scene:

  • Functions as Next & Test help us in the edition and testing process.
  • The Fixture edition is leaned on Palettes & Libraries. The Parameters, Palettes and Libraries are divided intocategories as dimmer, position, color, gobo, beam & x-tra to do an edition more intuitive and quick.
  • Pre-programmed palettes, that can be used with any Fixture, directly. These palettes are a great help until the user programs his Libraries.
  • Timings, as times references, permit us to divide, conceptually, a memory or group (htps, ltps, channels, gobos, colors, etc.) obtaining that each conceptual group fades in scene with at the desired moment and time.
  • Functions as Fan-out & Flip permit us to find alternative values for X & Y, positions.
  • Searching and quick actions using the category keys for dimmer, position, color, etc.
  • Edit+ vision that toggles between the visualization of parameters values and categories values.
  • The Banks function permits to access directly to palettes and libraries (of any category) using the accessible banks from the touch screen. Also it’s possible to access to Groups and Macros.
  • The encoders can be configured as access to Parameters, palettes or libraries.
  • The Shapes, for automatic movement of any fixture parameter and for any channel,, with adjustment of amplitude, velocity, offset, etc, permit us to create complex movements in an easy way.
  • The Rescue function permits to recover the last selections done, the last editor scenes, and the last modified memories.
  • Copy function that permits to copy values of channels, fixtures, cues, groups, effects, pages, macros…
  • Functions as Copy, Exchange, Exam, Load, Modify, etc. work with items ranges.
  • The Exam function permits to exam assignations and status of any console item.
  • The Modify function permits to modify assignations and status of any console item.
  • Command Line to follow the edition process.
  • The console has an alphanumeric keyboard, into drawer (except the Tour format where the keyboard is external), to associate texts to any console item, improving their selection and identification.
  • Quick access from the touch screen to groups, macros, palettes, libraries…

Patch

  • Interactive Patch allows you to combine the 4 DMX outputs with the desired channels and fixtures. The dimmers accept response curves and limit levels. The Patch is programmed as data-table, but admits quick commands to copy, to move, to set by default, etc. complete lines or directions ranges.
  • Response Curves, for conventional channels, some pre-programmed and others programmable.
  • Fixtures definition allows you to create, import, export and edit the parameters definition, including texts for each one of the parameter steps. The Fixture Patch has the XY function to obtain a homogeneous movement of each spot in accordance with the trackball movement.
  • Extensive library of fixtures definitions, ordered by manufactures and moving lights models. (This library can be updated from Internet).

Menús

  • Setup to configure the console behaviour, adapting it to each user or situation.
  • Help on-line, arranged by subjects where are explained all the commands and actions.
  • The help and messages can be obtained in several Languages.
  • Tests to check the correct working of any console part (keys, faders, ports, etc).
  • The Printer menu allows you to set ranges and multi-selections, including the monitors to print them to a text file (*.txt).
  • The Load Selected function, inside the Disk menu, permits to load parts of a Show (cues, groups, macros, patches, etc). It’s possible to import or to export, directly, ASCII Light Cue Shows.

Playback

  • 48 Masters (24 for Space-24 and Tour formats) and a complete Crossfader. All the playbacks work in Tracking mode for LTPs.
  • Learn Time function for Effects and Crossfader allows you to capture “times” from a manual execution.
  • Speed control (accelerator) for Masters and Crossfader.
  • Modification of Playbacks in Stage and Blind modes.
  • Effects with several patterns, modes, directions, etc. These effect attributes can be modified in live.
  • Working with LTP’s, Timings give us several modes of playback a cues or group, manually or automatically.
  • Functions as Prio & Manual Tracking allow you to adjust the priorities and returns of LTPs in playbacks.
  • Events list controlled via SMPTE, internal or external, and MTC. An event allows you to execute a cue, effect, crossfade, macro, Rs232 command, etc.

Ports, control & synchronization

  • 3 External triggers (switchers) that can be associated to any console key.
  • Sound input, with 3 filters; each filter output can be associated to any key or fader of the console.
  • MIDI, totally integrated, with IN & OUT. Including MIDI Patch.
  • DMX input that can be used as input of channels or fixtures, for execution of macros, or to merger this input with any DMX output.
